weekly ramblings

I havent had much to say but I wanted to check in. I'm reading, "Crazy Sexy Diet".  I think this might be my bible for healthy living or at least a really good start for better eating. Thanks Kris Carr for writing this. I've been keeping up with my working out. I also baked this weekend. Yum!
